Hello all .....
I have been listening to music mostly from Spotify and playing some flac files, to me it sounded very good with some bass from my 2 speaker setup
So i have a Velodyne Subwoofer standing around that i wanted to connect and experience the difference , so at the beginning i was looking for a rca splitter , my Denon media player do not have a sub out , 1 male to two females to split the signal to the amp and the subwoofer
BUT i saw somewhere it is better to use the high level input of the subwoofer ? i have never done it this way ??
Is this the way everybody is doing it? with the High level input ??
I did connect it this way and it sounds very good , to me ....
The other thing is once you do it this way , your main speakers is going through a crossover from the sub - either 100 Hz or 80 Hz , there is no bypass --Which is suppose is the right thing to do when you add a sub to not let your main speakers play full range ?
Thanks
