Bought a Cable from Matrix Warehouse in Alberton yesterday.... looked at the slip this morning and found this -
"NON REFUNDABLE/NO GUARANTEE"
What?? for a Cable? Not software, not a custom item and supposedly bought from a South African Company that is subject to the CPA?
Remind me to never buy a computer from them, unless I'm in the mood for a fight.
To top it all they thought it was a great idea to print my FULL credit card number on the face of the invoice (blocked it out now -see at the bottom). Does that mean that my credit card details now resides unencrypted on their system?? Ouch.
How's that for a double bogey.
