I've had 2nd dwelling added to an existing property. The original house has single phase power and it's my intention to connect the 2nd dwelling's DB intake to the original dwelling's DB by means of a run of suitable armoured cable. Given our local energy clowns don't know their arse from their elbow, what's the most effective way of isolating the new dwelling from incoming surges?
