Gents, please advise.
I feel the driver in one of my recently acquired Wharfedale Powercube DX 12+ is of poor quality.
In general, the sub is just crap imo.
I can sell it off straight away or try a semi DIY project.
What do you think about replacing/swapping the driver for something else?
I know specs and certain characteristics will have to be observed.
I don't want to spend big. So, I was thinking along the lines of car audio - seeing home subs are also 4 Ohms most of the time.
