I'm looking at getting a table saw mostly for DIY use.
Since I don't really have the money not the space for something "proper?" I have narrow it down to the usual suspects, i.e. Bosch, Metabo and Makita. They are all in the same price range more or less.

Makita MLT100
Metabo TS 254
From some online reading and reviews it seems that the Makita has some issues with its fence, same for the Bosch and Metabo seems to have and issue with the lift mechanism.
Anyone here have experience or recommendation re above? Any alternatives I should consider?
