TANNOY AUTOGRAPH MINI PRICING

There was a post recently about these bookshelf speakers and the advertised price was close to R30K with demo speakers going for around R23,000.00.

Saw this and was wondering why they can sell the same speakers new for so much less.
Can anyone answer this?
