Tannoy Gold Custom Towers

After reading the thread posted in the general discussion section I thought I would post some pictures of my progress for the towers that I'm building for Family_Dog and his Monitor Gold 15's.
It may give some of you ideas on how to do your own designs.
The enclosures was designed using Bass Box 6 Pro and discussions between Family_Dog and I came to a volume of around 350l ported with a tuning frequency of 40Hz.
First was the skeleton which was laser cut out of 30mm MDF.










Next was the assembly of the skeleton.

Then it was time to begin with the first layer of 4 sheets of 4mm ply wrapped around the skeleton.

I did this with each layer and then started the second one with which I'm still in the process.
