So I picked up this turntable for R 60.00 a while ago. Looked in a very good condition still. Got a new belt and started it up for the first time today after cleaning. Now mechanically the table is faultless. The auto return works. The unit is dead quite with no noise from the motor or platter or anything. There is though one major problem and that is that only one channel is producing sound. The sound from that channel is flawless and sounds actually really good. The other channel is completely silent. Any advice on where to start looking and what might cause it. I want to donate it to someone so would like to get it working.
