I've been using Firefox and Tor for a couple of years but now I'm "doing" TOR permanently from now on.
It may even help those folk who have their office surfing restricted by employers. It's a little bit slower than FF but the benefits certainly outweigh being spied upon.
TOR is a slimmed down, stripped out version of Firefox which travels all over the place leaving almost no trace of where you have been ...... the technicalities are a bit beyond me. I even managed to get into the "dark web" with TOR but didn't know what to do once I was there .... anybody got the T-shirt ?
