Preferably without the multitude of snide comments I know are just lining up for this one, is it normal for my adsl line to be down at least once every two weeks? I've had a line since late April and I've counted at least 10 times that my internet wont work....

I've never had home internet before so just wondering if this is the norm or do I have a case of bad luck??
