My mom's having a problem sending mail using her Telkom (telkomsa.net) mail account. According to them, her address has been blacklisted "due to spam being sent" from her address. The PC has up-to-date McAfee AV & antispyware, and Telkom's suggested "SuperAntispyware" also does not find any really dangerous things, the worst being the odd tracking cookie. My mom's quite 'Net savvy and would not have clicked on dangerous links etc.
Telkom's 2nd level support has now logged what they call a "FQ" (?) with SAIX, who apparently can only look at this on Monday.
Has this erroneous blacklisting happened to anyone else?
(By the way, all settings in Outlook Express etc. check out fine)
