Thanks to the load shedding we had ~265v come through the mains on Sunday night. Luckily when the power went off I went around and unplugged anything and everything for just this reason.
I see now the dimmer for the lights in the bar has a problem. It comes on fine, but when you turn it off the lights flash constantly.
Should I just replace the dimmer switch or is something else the matter here? I have been wanting to change the lights so perhaps this is the kick in the pants I needed to get it done.
Then on to more important things, what can I put on the DB board to stop such high voltages from coming through and destroying things?
