I had a hum on my main system that i was trying to trace, so hooked up my LCD2's to try and see if it was the Arioso Pre that was the culprit, all i can say is i was totally blown away. In all the amps I have had and tried I have not had anything gel like this did with the Phones. if you have an Arioso and like headfi give it a try. the only lacking part is that it could do with a bit more gain. It tick all the right boxes,
sound stage = sublime
tone = incredible
separation = as it should be all distinct and separate
clean crisp and very enjoyable.
