As you know from this thread I picked up the Collaro with the Decca FFSS tonearm and cartridge. Today I was tidying up and sorting things when I found the Decca FFSS/SME adaptor...
There is something funny though with the connection. Sometimes it is fine and the music plays (as expected). Sometimes though the music carries on as usual but the vocals disappear. It sounds like one of those karaoke amplifiers with the voice cancelled out... Any ideas? Is that a phase issue?

How would that be connected to a standard RCA config?
