For the past few weeks, each and every item I purchased or job I had done was faulty and had to be taken back or redone. And I'm not even writing about ripoff prices, surly sales people, blatant lies about delivery dates and so on.

The latest incident this afternoon was a temporary replacement wing mirror glass I had cut from a sample I supplied. Last week, I bought a replacement glass for a large watercolour from this place. The wind was howling and it was raining but the glass was handed to me bare without any wrapping as they had no newspaper to wrap it in.

As I took the neatly wrapped replacement mirror, I wanted to open it to check that it was cut correctly, but didn't. When I got back home and opened the parcel, the mirror was more than 5mm smaller and the curvature completely wrong.

Gotta go back tomorrow and ask them to do it again :headbanger:
