I've only been here for a couple of months but in that time I have learned a huge amount about great audio and thanks to some extremely generous folks who sell used gear on this site, I am getting closer to audio nirvana as my bank balance declines faster than the tide rushes out. 
Just wanted to say thank you to all the members who have sold me these amazing bits of kit in this short time and thanks to Kay for keeping this place going. I know how difficult it is to run a forum, especially when you have a lot of alpha males participating on it.
