Good morrow fair thread reader
On my recent pilgrimage I did happen to procure a Helius Standard Tonearm from an honourable forum fellow
Upon my return (without cup) I seek to return tonearm to former splendour
For now thus spaketh of tonearm look like it has been kept amongst animal anal ardour
I have thus started the long journey to return coruscate to tonearm a revitalised demeanour

Said tonearm does thus have tri-point contact bearing
Could thee fellow forum constituent please enlighten me as to how I should dress thus removed and cleaned bearing to honourable service.

To grease or not to grease - that is the question?
And if to grease it be so, then what fine lubricant would thee thus sanction?

I have included below representations for your edification.
Prey thee any advise for mine tuition would thus be treasured.
lest my mind return to sedimentation.

And to leave you with quote from a bard much famous:

Analogue is a smoke made with the fumes of sighs;
Being purged, a fire sparkling in analogue lovers' eyes;
Being vexed, a sea nourished with analogue lovers' tears;
What is it else? A madness most discreet,
A choking gall, and a preserving sweet.
(Romeo and Juliet, 1.1.191-5)
