 I can't wait to see some the responses to this question
Often you read a review about an amplifier where it is stressed that it has a toroidal transformer and the implication seems to be that the unit in question is a cut above the rest.
Could it be accepted that a unit that utilises a toroidal tranformer is potentially better than one with a standard transformer or is it rather a case of at least one component in the unit is of a better than standard quality?
