So.... There goes my very nice Shure m44mb cart.... Left channel was lacking treble and clarity, so decided to clean contacts.... well, i pulled gently on the tiny little connector and. Well. the whole back of the cart came off. This is just a connector plate basically. But without it the cart is useless.....
Looks like my KD-34R will be my main turntable for a while....
Any carts i should look at? need a good all rounder in the R1000 range (including a needle)
might look at a bit extra for something like a Shure M97xE though
