So looking into toothpaste, I came across a very interesting discovery.
Most toothpastes contain SLS or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, or some other form of Laur-.
So why do I bring this up? Well they put this in the toothpaste to make it foamy and bubbly... (from what I've read)
So reading some more, I found that this SLS is a major contributor to canker sores, and by simply switching to a SLS free toothpaste you could rid yourself of them.
Anyone have any experience with this, and if so what brand are you using?
