Anyone here with atop Security?
I have set my alarm off on purpose 3 times over the last month and each time I have received a call back after 20 min!
The first time I was told it was signal issues, the 2nd time I just got an apology and today when I set it off I was told they are having telephone issues!
Wow if this is the kind of service you get from a security company that is supposed to be your first response to a break in then I don't understand why I'm actually paying them.
Guys make sure you test your alarms and their reaction time! In the 20min it took them to call me they could have cleaned out the house!
