I got a quote from Swift Heat for a 160VA transformer for about 25% less than the equivalent at RS at the moment. RS is obviously being affected by the exchange rate. Now, I would like to save some cash and if I can also support local business, thats even better.

However. What is your experience with these guys from a quality pov?

Also, what is VPI treatment for transformers? Do I want it?
