Hello everyone

The Berhinger's Transformer has me a little confused in terms of the primary wires.
Most of what I have read and seen either have 2 wires for 230v or 4 wires(115v) which can be connected in series for 230v.
Like so

Now the Berhinger has 3
The black is the postive/live going from iec inlet to the switch and into the transformer, which I get.
Then there is the red and blue which has me a little confused.
My pea brain tells me these are probably good for 115V or 230V operation depending on how they are connected up.
The neutral from the iec inlet first goes through a SCK201 which I assume helps limit the inrush.
From the SCK201 it seems to then connect to both the red and blue primary wires to transformer.
:nfi:
Google not really helping me here and I cannot seem to find much information on the Behringer's transformer.
Could someone help and explain this.
