Transformer wiring

I have a transformer with dual secondaries, I need a centre tapped 15-0-15...

How do I connect them up correctly?

option 1) 15-(0-15)-0
or
option 2) 15-(0-0)-15

The bracketed leads being the centre tap..

There is always less smoke when I ask for advice!!
