Need some advice, assistance please
I paid up and closed my Std bank c.card in Jan 2013, got a paid up and closed letter from Std Bank
Was updated on my Transunion credit report promtly, then every 5 months that account gets magically re-opened and sits 150+days overdue
Ive logged 3 complaints with Transunion up till now and they rectified for that month, then its re-opens magically again
Each time its the same procedure, spend over 40mins on the phone with both companies who blame one another and each time they say its been rectified and Std bank says they have removed me from their system
I even logged it with the Credit Ombudsman who sorted it out, only for that month
I pulled a credit report last night and this account is re-opened again and sitting 150+ days overdue,my score messed up etc............. :headbanger:
Im tired of trying to rectify this issue as i know Transunion will tell me to log a call again....which will be the 4th time
Has anyone had a similar problem and if so, how did you rectify it
