Trustworthy Builder in Cape Town (Northern Suburbs)

Hi All

I need to brick up an existing and unsafe set of sliding windows behind my TV.  The space is about 3.5m X 1.5m, would require brick work, plastering (outside) crete (inside) and painting (primer, undercoat and top) inside and out.

It has proven difficult to find trustworthy, timeouts and  detail orientated individuals / companies to tackle this kind of work in the past.  :walled:

Anyone have any good recommendations, or referrals?
