Trying to get used to the new look;

Is it hard to get used to the new look after a decade, or is it just me ?
This is the first time I'm posting items for sale, and struggling to say the least, to make it fair on everyone who responds.
Is a " conversation " the new way of sending a private response or what used to be a message ?
