Screw them. Will definitely query this as they make bad decisions and then just slap an "adjustment" on the accounts. That is the purpose of budgeting. Then they overspend and they just adjust the accounts for those stupid enough to pay without asking questions. Yes, I am a bit upset.
Just cannot find a body, forum or another group that are upset so that we can collectively stand against this crap. I however did find numerous posts of other people having similar issues. Seems that we get slapped on with these adjustments, and, since Tshwane will just shut your power or water if you do not pay, people just pay. And no-where these is an explanation on why these "adjustments" are required.
Bonusses ?
Anyone know of some group that already tackled this, or that I can join. I think most people in Pretoria (and Jhb ?) get caught this way. Lets just pay.
If I cannot find a group that can take this on I will establish a group. Already registered www.legalthiefs.co.za ... now just to do a website.
