Hi all - I'm looking for some advice on the purchase of a new TV (replacing a 42" Panasonic Plasma) for my lounge (55", I think would be best suited for the space) I've spoken with guys from DionWired, AudioVision and the Samsung Store (canal walk) and they're all pretty much useless....
I'm looking to spend R25K and wondering which TV would be best? I've taken a look at a number of reviews and the Samsung 55F7500 seems to score quite high (unfortunately as most of you know the VT Panasonics are not available in SA)...
I've seen some reviews on the Samsung 8500 plasma which also looks good, just the price is a bit high for me...
I'll be watching mostly 2D however, I'm definitely keen to have a 3D capable TV, smart features are nice but not a necessity...
