This is a hyperthetical question, so price and type of monitor don't matter (CRT, LCD, Plasma, Rear projection).
If I was to look for a replacement TV set, I'd definatley want SCART (RGB) connections. My DVD player is SCART (RGB), my DSTV decoder is SCART (RGB), my PS2 is SCART (RGB) and my current TV accepts SCART (RGB).
