Hi, anyone here know the answer to this? My friend had her cell stolen at OR Tambo as she was leaving for the UK. She's bought a cellphone in the UK, but apparently they 'block/lock' the cellphones so that they can only be used on a specific network. Will she be able to use that phone when she returns to SA, or is there something she needs to have done in the UK before she returns?
