I've a switching adapter I'd like to use to power a drive enclosure that supports esata connectivity. A little confused by the output, according to the unit:

+5V, 1.5A
+12V, 1.8A

Would this unit be safe to power a drive enclosure when wanting to use esata?
What determines how much power is supplied to the enclosure 5/12V?

Where can I get the male connectors needed to fit the enclosure, Mantech?

Thx for the education ;)
