Upgrade from Monitor Audio RX2

If I was to upgrade my gorgeous MA RX2.
What would be the next level?
My ideal world:

• Perfect sound for stereo (not too bright although very lively)
• Good performance as the front row of a 7.1 setup for movies

I have no preference for brands.
My budget limit R10K
Any ideas are welcome
