Hey Gents,
After a long time, I have decided that my Cyrus AV Master has given me all the enjoyment it can. I now want to get something with HDMI switching.
My thinking was to avoid the Japanese brands (Yamaha, Onkyo etc) and try to stick to something more audiophile without 1000s of DSPs etc.
I was pretty heart set on getting the Nad T747, but this afternoon, I was offered a Cambridge Audio Azur 650R. Now I am very undecided about which to go for?? ??? ??? ???
The reviews online about the CA 650R seem to be very mixed, and I was wondering if anyone here could provide any input as to which to go for or suggest something else in the R7000-R13000 range?
Also remember, the amplifier will only be powering the rear speakers. I will connect the pre-outs of the AVR to my Cyrus power amplifiers which will power the fronts and center. So whichever I get will predominately be used for processing.
Thanks in advance
