Urgent help... Tell me how to connect my stove switch PLEASE!!

We're trying it replace out "stove switch"... The isolator right next to the stove. Currently it's the basic live and neutral, with the earth attached to the metal plate. 

The new plug is plastic and looks like so...

How do we connect it? Is it just a connecting block?  And where does the earth go?
