I am at my wits end with local adhesive floggers. They sell stuff which is expired, no dates on the packaging and some of their reps are clueless about what their own companies/employers sell.
I need a uv curable adhesive which goes very hard and should be clear and should have a medium to highish viscosity and preferably of the structural kind.
Henkel has a Loctite division. They have two reps in Cape Town and I have the mobile number of one of them. He claims he has never heard of uv cure glue but his colleague "Anthony" may have some information. After several messages left, these guys don't call back.
A few days ago, I looked at Locktite's website and found some data sheets about a variety of their UV products and found one Loctite product which could fit my requirements - Loctite Product 369.
Is there any other firm locally you can think of to try?
