VA Exclame 100 won?t switch on

Hi everyone,

I?d like to ask for some guidance to troubleshoot a VA Exclame that won?t switch on.

When the unit is plugged in, I can see the valve glowing however it won?t switch on. I have checked the fuse which seems to be fine and tested a few power cables, which haven?t rectified the issue.

Is there anything else that I should check? Or would it be best to contact Valve Audio?
