I need some expert advice.  We've got a store room or out house of sorts which was built by previous owners.  It's not a zozo, I used this purely as a general term, but actually a prefab cement (asbestos "look" I hope, and not actual asbestos) with zinc roof, door and window. Size = about 2.5 x2.5. Besides needing a desperate paint, its in good spec.

It's a bit of an eyesore and we're contemplating knocking it down to build a fire pit/ boma, but the pure scale of the task has resulted in a bit of resistance... Yes we're a lazy bunch.  On my search to get somebody in to remove the thing, I realized that it actually has quite a bit of value, and that I can actually CHARGE somebody to take it away, ie sell it on the condition you fetch it, and disassemble yourself.

The question is this- what is it worth, reasonably, should we make the decision to knock it down? I'm not out to make a killing, just don't want to undercut myself. There are some real chancers I think on the tree of gum and junk mail, so not sure I can use that as reference.

Thanks!!!
