Velodyne Impact to -> Dali E12F an upgrade?

I hope you all had an awesome weekend!

I used to have a Velodyne CHT-10 which I absolutely loved, however load-shedding saw the end of that guy...

I recently bought a Velodyne Impact 10, which does the job, but I don't really love. I don't feel it has the power and control that the CHT-10 did.

I see another forumite is selling a Dali E12F and was wondering if this is an upgrade from the Impact 10?

I do a lot of music listening through my setup and only added the sub for some punch / low-end extension. I like punchy, tight and controlled bass.

Any opinions would be welcomed.
