One of my favourite pieces of vintage kit... this 8-track player - AKAI CR-81D; circa 1973.Does it work perfectly? Hell no. Think that would be expecting a bit much without a service.And, of course, it's extremely difficult to find anything decent on the format... In fact, the best I've found while scrounging around is a Neil Young cartridge. Other than that, it's mostly Mantovani and the like Nevertheless, nice to have.
