hi all
having recently scored a lge qty of vinyl fm auction house , i have been holed up listenining.............., i picked up 450 vinyls in one go, so have not come out of the house in about 20 days., i think..........!?, BUT plenty snap crackle and pop!.
What is the best cheapest way to clean these, I have use alcohol and brush in the past ( dont think this is best though.....)
recently saw a video on youtube , oke was using a verimark steam machine and then drying, has anybody locally used this method?
Cant one make a record cleaning machine using an old record player as a base,?
The dust is one one thing, but the static imho needs a thorough liquid/steam wash n dry?
What say you?
JP
