I read something very true on this forum a while ago.... I think it had to do with a dog bite incident. It boiled down to someone saying "Goeie mure, maak goeie bure". How true is that.
We have one of those old "burger erwe". They are long and narrow. So when the neighbors kids decide to play hide n seek on a Tuesday night at 23:30, it starts to sound more like the camp site at an Aventura resort. Luckily no "Bokjol Treffers" were played. What compounds the issue is the 1 meter perimeter wall (precast) with palisade on top that does nothing for sound proofing/privacy.
So to the point. Anyone in PTA you can recommend to do a precast wall extension? I already have appointments with the top 3 google results.
