I just screamed to the the managers ears before hanging up the phone.
They are charging me R399 to open a lid, and tell me within 30 seconds they cannot do this job.
Of course I can be harde gat about it, and not pay, then they blacklist me. Thus screwing my self... Learnt that lesson with a trailer rental company.
All you can do is drop you pants, bend over, and take your mind somewhere else, somewhere pleasant.
I will pay that stupid R399, but they will never hear from me again. I will also make sure I defer as many clients away from them as I can and send them to other service providers.
The 1st plummer, a small company, said they cannot do it, and charged nothing. So i though let me get one of the leading guys to have a look. Same story, they could not do it, but still invoiced.
