Watch Advise

I always thought my manual wind vintage watch had a very smooth movement until I met someone with an IWC with a super smooth movement

Any advise which reasonably priced analog watches has a very smooth movement it does not only need be swiss any japanese & russian movements will also do manual or automatic

Or if you know of a good watch forum I could join to ask this q

Or a vintage watch dealer you can recommend
