So I have a fireplace that has been installed in the cottage I have moved into. Chimney goes from inside through ceiling onto roof and outwards. Roof is a tin roof. Is there a specific type of water proofing paint/fabric that I need to use to seal the roof section safely so that we don't have water coming down the chimney during rain storms?
