Wear & Tear Item on a car covered

… I know these aren’t covered by warranty.

But here’s the thing :

I bought a Chery a few months ago and despite many people laughing at me, it’s a decent car that I really like.

I’ve joined a Facebook group for fans & to discuss … and I’ve picked up that many bulbs are blowing on these cars within 12-18 months. Sometimes a car gets 2 replacements in that time.

Chery says ‘sorry - wear and tear’ which I hear - but surely even a wear and tear item is subject to manufacture defect warranty? It feels like they’re hiding behind the wear & tear issue for items that prematurely fail
