I'm ready to upgrade - am currently using a Samsung S3.
I've quite enjoyed the S3 and have used the camera a lot, which means I will want my next phone to have an even better camera.
I obvious want the phone to be a good phone as well.....
I like the screen size, although there is the down side that the phone is sometimes a bit difficult to handle with one hand. Which means I am somewhat tempted to go for a 'regular' size phone as well, like a S5 mini or similar.
Another thing is that I don't like things that are not robust and reliable. The less I have to worry about the phone getting damaged, the better. My kids are small and I have been known to jump into the pool fully clothed at times to get one of them out....the water proof phones are therefore attractive.
The S5 is an option, but I must say the Sony Z phones also looks like a decent option.
