What did I do wrong?

[Dumb and Dumber]

I changed the oil filter and oil of my car this weekend. But now the check engine light stays on :-\ what could I have possibly done wrong? the cars cpu indicates the oil level is fine. I monitored the temp as well. No problems there. My car is a very old 2003 C230K. It drives normally like always, but that light, right after the oil change does make me concerned.
