I've been told that Tannoy, VOTT, Dahlquist, Magnepan, Quad and the like were very expensive when new. Does anyone have any info on the list prices of top-end 1960's and 70's kit?
It would be intriguing to do a comparison with current better-quality kit, as well as with the prices that the sought-after vintage stuff fetches.
