A while ago I sold a turntable to a forum member. A nice guy, and we will do business again.
A little later he sold the cartridge back to me (who'd have thought... at the time, I thought I was doing him a favour, while in actual fact he was doing me a favour!).
Today I broke the cantilever on my Clearaudio Aurum Alpha. (I just KNEW this was going to happen...).
So on to research, downloading Linn Ittok LVII User Guides, printing mounting templates and protractors, finding the right Allen keys and a steep learning curve.
Now spinning the Beatles' Revolver, after Leonard Cohen, and all I can say is: "The Ortofon F15S sounds just as good as the Clearaudio"!
And I got to know my turntable a little bit more intimately...
:Whoohoo:
